In some circumstances, a customer may provide personal data to Straduct or instruct Straduct to process information on its behalf. Where we process that information solely on the customer's documented instructions, Straduct may act as a processor and the customer may act as the controller.
Where appropriate, processor activities may be governed by a Data Processing Agreement.
This may include your name, work email address, organisation, job role, account identifiers and information required to authenticate and administer your account.
This may include information about your company, goals, markets, competitors, products, services, locations, audiences and information submitted to a Straduct workspace.

Straduct may process information from supported sources such as company websites, public business websites, search results, business directories, professional profiles, news sources, regulatory sources and other publicly accessible information.
Where relevant to legitimate business research, this may include public professional information such as a person's name, role, employer, location, professional profile, business website and publicly available business contact details.
Information is not treated as unrestricted merely because it is publicly accessible.
Where AI-assisted functionality is used, Straduct may process prompts, selected workspace context, research material and generated outputs required to provide the requested functionality.
Depending on the feature and workspace configuration, selected information may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers used to provide the relevant functionality.
For paid services, we may process subscription information, transaction references, billing contact information, invoices and related accounting records.
Payment card information may be processed directly by our payment provider rather than stored by Straduct.

We may use this information to understand markets and competitors, identify relevant business signals, analyse professional audiences and produce evidence supporting research findings.
