Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Straduct, including straduct.com, app.straduct.com, our software platform, research services, intelligence services and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, purchasing a Service, requesting a paid service or otherwise using Straduct, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Straduct on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. About Straduct

Straduct provides market and competitive intelligence software and related services.

Depending on the Service selected, Straduct may provide company and competitor research, market intelligence, search and AI visibility analysis, audience discovery, evidence collection, specialist analysis, recommendations, monitoring, reports and related professional services.

Certain features may be provided free of charge, by subscription, on a pay-per-run basis or under another commercial arrangement clearly presented before purchase.

2. Business and professional use

Straduct is primarily designed for business and professional use.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to create an account or purchase Services.

If mandatory consumer protection laws apply to you, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your authentication credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for controlling access to your workspace.

You must notify Straduct promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access, compromised credentials or other suspected misuse of your account.

Workspace administrators may be able to manage users, permissions, AI configuration and other workspace settings.

4. The Services

Straduct may provide different Services, features and access levels over time. Current functionality is determined by the plan, feature or service purchased or otherwise made available to you.

Free Company & Digital Baseline

Free functionality may include company setup, competitor setup, website and digital footprint analysis, basic search visibility information and initial findings.

Continuous Intelligence

Subscription functionality may include deeper research, specialist intelligence, competitor and market monitoring, regulatory signals, Search & AI Visibility, recommendations, Radar, historical comparison and reports.

Audience Discovery and pay-per-run services

Certain research services may be offered on a pay-per-run or project basis. The scope, inputs, estimated output and applicable price will be presented before the run or service is confirmed.

The availability of particular data, sources or results may depend on public availability, third-party platforms, technical limitations, geography and the scope selected.

5. AI-assisted services

Straduct uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies in parts of its research and intelligence workflows.

AI may assist with research, extraction, classification, summarisation, comparison, pattern identification, analysis and generation of recommendations.

AI-generated or AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, misleading or unsupported.

AI assists. Evidence supports. Humans decide.

You are responsible for reviewing important outputs, supporting evidence and relevant context before acting on information provided by Straduct.

See our AI & Human Review Policy for further information.

6. Research, evidence and external information

Straduct may analyse information obtained from websites, search engines, company sources, professional profiles, directories, news publications, regulatory sources, third-party platforms and other publicly accessible or authorised sources.

External information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unavailable or subsequently changed by its original publisher.

Straduct may preserve source references or evidence to help users assess important findings, but inclusion of a source does not constitute an endorsement of that source.

We do not guarantee that research will identify every relevant event, competitor, regulation, opportunity, risk, person or source.

7. Audience Discovery and exported information

Audience Discovery may use supported publicly available professional or business information to identify, organise, filter or enrich potentially relevant profiles.

The fact that information is publicly accessible does not mean that it is free from legal, contractual or platform restrictions.

You are responsible for determining whether your subsequent use of exported information is lawful and appropriate.

This includes compliance with applicable:

  • data protection laws;
  • electronic communications and direct marketing rules;
  • anti-spam requirements;
  • third-party platform terms;
  • contractual obligations; and
  • professional or industry requirements.

Straduct does not grant permission to contact individuals, send marketing communications or otherwise use personal data in a manner that would be unlawful.

You must not use Straduct to conduct unlawful surveillance, discriminatory profiling, harassment, spam or other prohibited activities.

8. Regulatory and professional information

Straduct may identify potentially relevant legal, regulatory, compliance, market or industry developments.

Such information is provided for intelligence and informational purposes only.

Straduct is not a law firm, accounting firm, regulated financial adviser, medical provider or other regulated professional adviser.

Straduct does not provide legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, accounting, investment, employment, medical or other professional advice.

A regulatory signal does not mean that a requirement definitely applies to your organisation and does not constitute a determination that your organisation is compliant or non-compliant.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice where a decision requires specialist legal, regulatory, financial or other professional judgement.

9. Your content and workspace data

You retain ownership of information and content that you submit to Straduct, subject to any rights held by third parties.

You grant Straduct the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, analyse, transmit and display that content for the purpose of providing, securing and supporting the Services.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide content that you upload or instruct Straduct to process.

You must not knowingly submit unlawful content or information in a manner that infringes third-party rights.

10. Straduct intellectual property

Straduct and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the platform, software, interface, design, source code, workflows, prompts, methodologies, documentation, branding and other proprietary materials forming part of the Services.

Your right to use Straduct is limited to the access permitted by your applicable account, plan or agreement.

Additional software licence terms may be set out in our End User Licence Agreement.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use Straduct to:

  • violate applicable law or third-party rights;
  • gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
  • introduce malicious software, code or harmful content;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
  • circumvent access restrictions, rate limits or security controls;
  • misrepresent the origin, accuracy or authority of Straduct outputs;
  • use the Services for unlawful discrimination, harassment or surveillance;
  • use exported data for unlawful spam or direct marketing;
  • systematically extract or reproduce substantial parts of the Service except where functionality expressly permits export;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
  • use Straduct in a way that creates unreasonable technical, security or legal risk.

12. Third-party services

Straduct may integrate with or depend upon third-party services such as hosting providers, AI providers, email services, payment providers, research providers, search services or public data sources.

Availability or behaviour of third-party services may change independently of Straduct.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

13. Fees, subscriptions and pay-per-run services

Prices, billing periods and included functionality will be shown before you purchase a paid Service.

Subscription plans may renew automatically where this is clearly disclosed during purchase.

Where automatic renewal applies, you may cancel renewal using the billing controls made available to your account, subject to any applicable commercial terms.

Cancellation of a subscription normally prevents future renewal and does not necessarily terminate access immediately. Unless otherwise stated, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Pay-per-run Services are separate purchases and do not automatically create a recurring subscription unless explicitly stated.

Taxes may be added where required by applicable law.

Refund rights, where applicable, will be governed by mandatory law and any specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

14. Changes to Services

Straduct may improve, modify, replace or discontinue features as the platform develops.

We will take reasonable steps to avoid materially reducing paid functionality during an active paid term without appropriate notice where practical.

Preview, experimental, beta or early-access functionality may change significantly or be withdrawn.

15. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical incidents, third-party provider issues, security measures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to:

  • protect the security or integrity of Straduct;
  • prevent suspected unlawful or abusive activity;
  • respond to a legal requirement;
  • address non-payment of applicable fees; or
  • investigate a material breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using Straduct at any time and may cancel paid Services according to the applicable billing arrangement.

17. Privacy and data deletion

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.

Additional information about service providers is available through our Data Processing & Subprocessors page.

Where account deletion or data erasure functionality is available, requests will be processed subject to applicable legal, contractual, security and record-retention requirements.

18. Confidential information

Each party should use reasonable care to protect confidential business information received from the other party and should use that information only for legitimate purposes related to the Services.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available through no breach of an obligation, was already lawfully known, is independently developed or is lawfully received from another source without a duty of confidentiality.

19. No guarantee of business results

Straduct provides intelligence, research, evidence and tools intended to support business decision-making.

We do not guarantee that use of Straduct will result in increased revenue, improved rankings, additional customers, successful marketing outcomes, regulatory compliance, competitive advantage or any particular commercial result.

Recommendations and opportunities require human judgement and may not be suitable for every organisation or circumstance.

20. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Straduct is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that every output, source, recommendation, prediction, classification, analysis or third-party data point will be accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, statutory guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Straduct will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from use of the Services, including loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, except where such exclusion is not legally permitted.

For business customers, where legally enforceable, Straduct's aggregate liability arising from a paid Service will not exceed the fees paid or payable for the affected Service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

For Services provided free of charge, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Your responsibility for unlawful use

You are responsible for losses, claims or regulatory consequences resulting from your unlawful use of Straduct, your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of information exported from the Services.

This section does not apply to the extent that a loss was caused by Straduct or cannot lawfully be allocated to you.

23. Events outside reasonable control

Straduct will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as major network failures, third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, widespread cyber incidents or similar events.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Straduct develops or where legal, security, commercial or operational requirements change.

The current version and latest update date will be published on this page.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid Service, we will take reasonable steps to provide appropriate notice.

25. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that apply under the laws of another jurisdiction.

Subject to any mandatory rights applicable to consumers, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

26. Entire agreement and severability

These Terms, together with any applicable order, plan terms, End User Licence Agreement, Data Processing Agreement and policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of the relevant Services.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
